Angling holidays and fishing holidays are very popular in Exmoor and North Devon because of the wide variety of fishing available (coarse, fly, sea & game); easy access from the UK motorway network; peaceful unspoilt countryside and many local attractions for non-anglers.
Exmoor Cottage Holidays is perfect for your angling holiday in the UK. The five holiday rental cottages are within the Exmoor National Park and in an excellent central location from which to enjoy all the best fishing and angling that North Devon & Exmoor have to offer. The cottages are well-equipped; they all have log fires and private enclosed gardens; and there is a traditional pub within 300 yards with award-winning home made food and real ales.
We offer a beautiful place to stay and the personal attention you would normally receive in a B&B or hotel so that you get the very most from your fishing holiday. We are on site every day to help you with any enquiries and offer a chambermaid service (unless you don’t want to be disturbed!). We leave a free basket of logs and kindling in your cottage (you can help yourself to more if available) and we are happy to help light your fire and show you how to keep it going. We can provide a BBQ, high-chair, cot, stair gate and fire-guard and although there are laundry facilities for your use, we offer a free wash and dry service so that you can enjoy your day to the full. There is a bird-feeder outside each cottage (filled daily) and a delightful walk in the grounds with lovely views, a children’s play area and a wildflower meadow ideal for exercising your dogs. We have some tame ducks on the pond, and seasonal fruits & herbs in the grounds.
We know Exmoor and North Devon well and can help you to plan your days out, show you the best walks and places to visit on an Ordnance Survey map (which you may borrow) and help you make arrangements with local businesses e.g. taxi, vehicle repairs, guided tours, fly-fishing lessons, sea trips, restaurants, etc. - and we always have some special deals arranged for our guests. We can provide towel and linen hire, self-cook evening meals (home-made by our local shop, who can also deliver groceries for your arrival) and other house-keeping services including cottage clean, B&B and dog-sitting.

They can usually be found if you know where to look, please enquire when you are here.
