THE GATEHOUSE

The Gatehouse is a character stone built 2 bedroom self catering holiday cottage comfortably sleeping up to 5 people. This 2 bedroom holiday accommodation has a large living room with beamed ceilings and log fire, ledged and battened doors and a double and triple bedroom. Outside there is a small garden area and an enclosed decking with a picnic table.


The Gatehouse is a two storey stone and slate holiday cottage with a large open plan living room and 2 bedrooms accommodating up to 5 people. Features include beamed ceilings, ledged and battened timber doors and a built in multi fuel fire. There is small entrance porch and glazed doors from the dining area to a small rockery and decked area with picnic table.		The spacious living room has exposed ceiling beams and a multi fuel built in fire (logs are provided free of charge). There is comfortable seating and a 21" TV with VCR/DVD/CD player and Freeview digital TV. The windows face east and south and overlook the gardens and a quiet country lane.

Heating is provided by the log fire, by an electric night storage radiator and by an instantaneous electric convection heater.		The kitchen is very well equipped with electric cooker, hob and cooker hood, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and a full set of crockery and cutlery. The window overlooks a peaceful courtyard.

The large double bedroom has a double bed with bedside cupboards and table lamps and a ledged and battened timber door. The main east facing window overlooks the gardens and the double glazed velux window overlooks a peaceful courtyard. There is a large wardrobe and an airing cupboard on the landing.

The triple bedroom has a ledged and battened timber door and exposed ceiling beams. There is a single bed, two large bunk beds, a chest of drawers and a dressing table. The east facing window overlooks the gardens and the double glazed velux window overlooks a quiet country lane. Heating is provided by an electric night storage radiator.		The bathroom has a bath (with an instantaneous 6KW electric shower over) a hand basin, WC, 2KW hot air blower and heated towel rail. The double glazed velux window overlooks a peaceful courtyard. Hot water for the bath, hand basin and kitchen is from an electric immersion heater.
