THE GATEHOUSE


THE GATEHOUSE is a two storey building with a large open plan living room and three bedrooms accommodating up to five people. There is a glazed door from the living room to a small private garden.		The spacious living room has exposed beams and a log burning fire. There is a dining table and chairs, comfortable seating and a 21" TV with VCR/DVD/CD player. A glazed door leads out to a private garden.

The kitchen area is fully equipped (including microwave, toaster and coffee maker).		Upstairs are three bedrooms (a double, twin and single) and a bathroom with bath (electric shower over), hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Heating is by electric storage radiators in the living room and the upstairs hall, by an instant electric heater on the half-landing and by an electric radiant heater in the bathroom. Hot water is from an immersion heater.
