THE QUICKEST ROUTE IS ABOUT 50 MINUTES FROM THE M5
1. Leave M5 at J27 and take the A361 to Barnstaple 2. Turn right at the roundabout just past South Molton onto the A399 to Combe Martin and Ilfracombe 3. Turn right about 5 miles after passing Brayford onto the B3358 to Simonsbath 4. Turn second right, signposted Four Cross Way (just before the Black Venus Inn) 5. Town Tenement Farm is the third five-bar gate on the right hand side (after about 300 yards)
