EXMOOR COTTAGE HOLIDAYS at Town Tenement Farm is in Challacombe, a pretty sheltered valley within the Exmoor National Park and ideal for UK winter holidays, weekends and short breaks. The enchanting gardens around the cottages are the perfect place to appreciate the changing seasons: the vibrant colours of the leaves in autumn; their crunch underfoot in the frosts of winter and the long succession of spring flowers.

The character cottages, converted from a former farm, surround an attractive courtyard which is home to many wild birds. The cottages are warm, comfortable and well-equipped and each has a log fire in the living room. The three acre gardens around the cottages are varied and interesting and there is always something in flower.

The small village of Challacombe has a friendly local shop, Post Office and Information Point with groceries, alcohol, guide-books (and even a petrol pump!) and there is a traditional inn, "The Black Venus" with very good food and real ales.

The cottages are available over Christmas and the New Year - and can accommodate singles, couples, families (and their pets) and even large groups up to nineteen. Where better to enjoy your family Christmas and New Year holidays in the UK ?
