2013 PRICES

Self-catering holiday cottages at Town Tenement Farm

The prices shown below are for the hire of each cottage for one week and include bed linen; electricity for heating and lighting; logs & kindling for the fire; and oil for the Rayburn (in Farmhouse). A bond of £50 is also payable which is refunded after your stay less any breakage's, damage, or extra cleaning. We are happy to accept short stays and weekend breaks, minimum 2 nights (3 nights in school holidays) charged at 1/6th of the weekly rate per night. Bookings of two weeks or more benefit from a 5% discount. Pets are welcome in all of our cottages, charged £15 each per stay.

John & Melanie are usually on site from 9am to 5pm and are happy to help you get the most from your holiday. We know the area well, we can suggest appropriate activities and assist with services including shopping delivered ready for your arrival, guided tours, vehicle repairs, etc. We would be pleased to show you the wildlife and plants on site, and our vegetable patch, where you may help yourself to fresh produce. Please let us know if you are not familiar with log fires - we will light the fire with you and show you how to keep it going.

We are happy to reserve accommodation for you but can only confirm your booking when we have received 25% payment as a deposit. The balance is payable 6 weeks before your holiday.

We accept postal payments by cheque or cash (cash can be safely sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery) and electronic payments via UK and International bank transfer.

YOU MUST AGREE TO OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION

The kitchens are fully equipped, including toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee maker. Cottages are provided with a hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, bucket, dustpan and brush, cleaning materials and cloths. The welcome pack includes some tea, coffee, milk, sugar and a tea towel, dish cloth and toilet roll. Dogs are welcome but please ensure that you agree to our Terms and Conditions. There is a dishwasher in Gatehouse, Inglenook and the Farmhouse, a washing machine and tumble dryer in Inglenook and Farmhouse and an oil-fired Rayburn in the Farmhouse. There is a separate laundry room on site with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, and a rotary dryer in the grounds.
