EXMOOR ROMANTIC COTTAGE HOLIDAYS

EXMOOR COTTAGE HOLIDAYS, within the Exmoor National Park, is a small group of character cottages with romantic accommodation for couples, converted from a medieval farm. The cottages are well-equipped and well-furnished and each has a log fire in the living room. The cottages are ideal for short romantic UK breaks and weekends.

Cuddle up in front of the log fire, sipping real coffee (a coffee maker is provided) or enjoy a picnic in the private gardens, surrounded by flowers and birdsong. Stroll hand in hand around the large colourful grounds, there are delightful views from the top of the Humphrey's Hill and breathtaking walks on the moors all around.

There is a traditional inn within a few minutes walk, with very good food, real Exmoor ales and a selection of Champagnes. Next to the inn is a friendly shop / Post Office with groceries, cakes and wines - and they serve lovely cream teas in the garden.

Three of our cottages have ideal accommodation for couples: INGLENOOK COTTAGE, converted from part of the original Devon longhouse; THE GATEHOUSE, a barn conversion with beamed ceilings and GARDEN COTTAGE, also with beamed ceilings but being all on one level - ideal for holidays for the elderly or seniors who may have difficulty with stairs.
